He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Loftice; and his nephew Justin Dean Harlow. He is survived by: his daughter Hailey Loftice of White Oak; his mother Susan Smith of White Oak; his sister Amy Harlow (Kelly) of San Antonio; his nieces, Kelsey Harlow of Ore City, Rylee Harlow of San Antonio and Kellie Anne Harlow of San Antonio; and also Ashley Loftice. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, and many friends.
