She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Brown and Gladys P. Brown; her sister Barbara Skinner; and her daughter Gail Harp. She is survived by: her friend Sarah Vaughn; her husband Floyd Harp; her sons, Jimmy Harp and Rick Harp (B. J.); her niece Tammy Simpson (David); her great-niece Lindsey; her grandchildren, Brian, Morgan, Brett and Jacob; and her great grandchild Lucy.
