She is survived by: her husband Virgil Newsom; her children, Robert Newsom, Richard Newsom (Pam), Randy Newsom (Laura) and Renita Griffin (Mark); her grandchildren, Bradley Newsom, Lauren Carrel, Josh Jordan, Jacob Jordan, Clayton Griffin (Claybo), Callie Binford, Cole Newsom and Alexis Newsom; and her great grandchildren, June Jordan, Cameron Jordan, Jolie Binford, Jayson Binford, Jaxsen Binford, Layla Carrell, Willow Carrell and Lane Carrell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
