He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Zella Gneeta Allen; and his brothers, Billy Allen, Ronnie Allen and Jerry Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Tracey Allen; his daughter Julie Groves; his son-in-law Roger Groves; his stepchildren, Chris Shirley (Pam) and Tara Smith (John); and his grandchildren, Jacob McDonald, Nora Smith, Jackson Shirley, Charles Smith and Micayla Groves.
