She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray; her parents, Ethel McMillan and George McMillan; and her siblings, Fred, Tom McMillan, Eloise Cole, John McMillan and Emmett McMillan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clarice McDowell, Audrey Young, Rilla Salazar and James "Bowie" McMillan; her children, Mike Browning (Cindy) of Fort Edward, NY, Ronnie Browning (Roxanne) of Longview, TX, Mark Browning (Debbie) of Edgewood, TX and Donna Browning Burke (Steve) of Lakewood, CO.; her grandchildren, Heather Vineyard, Jacob Sharp, Andrea Casiano, Matthew Browning and Bethany Sharp; and her great grandchildren, Jazmine Sharp, Mykayla Casiano, Trinity Callahan, Jacqueline Hubert, Tristan Sharp, Aden Vineyard, Landree Vineyard, Curtis Smith and Myers Browning. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and life-long friends.
