He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Barry Blaylock), Tina (John Millwood), Rebecca (Brian Malik), Sarah (Mike Barnes) and John Odom of White Oak; his grandchildren, Jeremy Blaylock (Jessica), Jennifer Bodovsky (Allen), A. J. Blaylock, Simuel Millwood, Colton Millwood, Amelia Malik, Sophia Malik and Aryah Barnes; and his sisters, Linda Madewell and Susan Vickery (Dennis).
