He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Jouett and William Frank Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mercedes Johnson; and his children, Becky Colleen Huffhines, Dusty Gayle Armstrong and Rusty Dale Armstrong. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; and many friends.
