He is survived by: his mother Janet Coats of Pampa; his wife Janette Coats; his children, Bryan Coats (Laura) of Amarillo, Jennifer Benson (James) of Panhandle and Kimberly Marshall (Josh) of Pampa; his siblings, Brad Coats of Hoyt, KS, Trisha Coats of Pampa and Kathy Schoenrock (Jerrel) of Pampa; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Trevor Benson, Emery and Cohen Marshall.
