He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Thrasher and Mose Thrasher; his former wife Nancy Dial; and his sister Peggy Box Hemmes. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Thrasher; his son Marvin Thrasher (Tina); his granddaughters, Makenzie Thrasher and Maegan Thrasher; his sisters, Vivian Knuckles (Gene) and Cecelia Spedale (Sammy); and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Nigro (George), Jeana Gonzales (Ronnie), Sandra Marler, Shelly Box, Twyla Painter (Blaine), Tina Christensen (Richard), Randy (Frances), Tracy Box (Tracy), Phillip Spedale (Tiffany) and Daniel Spedale (Melissa).
