With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Urbanczyk (White Deer, Texas), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 16, 2019 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Urbanczyk to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Russell and Josephine Russell; her brother Tom Russell of St. Louis; her sons, Tommy Urbanczyk of Atlanta and Stephen Urbanczyk of Panhandle; her grandson Jay Patrick Phillips; and her son-in-law David Phillips.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin Urbanczyk of White Deer; her children, Denise Winter (Mike) of Ravenna, Christine May of Pampa and Mark Urbanczyk (Sheri) of Panhandle; her grandchildren, Joseph, Austin Phillips of Dallas, John Winter (Jenni) of New York, David Winter of Salt Lake, Rachel O'Beirne (Stephen) of Wichita, KS, Sarah Urbanczyk of Dallas, Rebecca Urbanczyk of Panhandle, Lauren Berry (Ryan) of Amarillo, Ashley Jewett (Chris) of Lubbock, Lindsey May of Amarillo, Jacob and Ryleigh Urbanczyk of Dallas; her great grandchild Reagan Berry of Amarillo; and her siblings, Bob Russell (Pat) of St. Louis, Maureen Stanford (Lloyd) of Troy and Chris Papuga (Greg) of St. Louis. She is also survived by un grandmother her children claim that when the grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to a charity of choice.

“I used to be Janet's go-to baby sitter when I was in high school. I remember Janet as a very classy lady. She had great kids, her house always smelled good, and she paid well. She & my mother had a time at WDISD pre-PTA days. She will be missed, condolences to family & friends.”
