He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Diggs. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Diggs; his children, Rebecca Diggs of Brownwood and Jake Diggs (Jahi) of Westbrook; his siblings, Melinda Meadows (Roger) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Wayne Diggs (Sherry) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Oakley Mae Billingsley and Huntley Kae Billingsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
