She was predeceased by: her parents, John Simmons and Gladys Simmons; her husband Galen Phillips; and her brothers, Larry Simmons and Winfred "Brub" Simmons.
She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Phillips of Michigan and Scott Phillips (Shirley) of White Deer; her brother Johnny Don Simmons of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law Linda Simmons of Pampa; and her grandchildren, Cambrie Phillips, Chloe Phillips, Timothy Phillips and Andrew Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
