He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kalka (Eddie) and Rose Kotara Kalka; and his siblings, Evelyn King, Patricia Cummings (Pat) and Edward Kalka (Linda Kalka).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Perryman Kalka; his children, David Kalka of White Deer and Rosalea McAnally (Cairl) of White Deer; his siblings, Mary Ann Labus of Panhandle, Melvin Kalka (Bernadette) of Hereford and Robert Kalka (Janet) of Magee, MS; his grandchildren, Melissa Whitaker (Jake), Justin Kalka, Valisa Kalka, Cameron McAnally (Lynsey), Casey McAnally (Lexi) and Cuyler McAnally (Jordan Pohnert); and his great grandchildren, Jace Kalka, Kylie Kalka, Madison Baggett, Brooklyn Warren, Kenzie Whitaker, Kyson McAnally and Carson Whitaker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
