He is survived by: his children, Sandy Alfred (Bubba) of Wheelock and Russell Mullins (Deborah); his brother Tommy Mullins of Bremond; his grandchildren, Tabitha Nickelson, Stephen Alfred, Christy Cisneros, Stephanie Ortner, Jacob Mullins, Eric Mullins, Amber Pennington, Caleb Mullins, Adam Mullins and Aaron Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Colton Ortner, Colby Mullins, Kaylin Ortner, Halle Alfred, Bryce Nickelson, Lennon Alfred, Cheyenne Mullins, Cayson Cisneros, Noah Mullins, Macy Pennington, Rylan Cisneros, Stella Alfred, Brantley Mullins, Baylor Pennington, Kendall Jo Mullins and Craig Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
