She is survived by: her husband Leo D. Mullins of Wheelock; her children, Sandy Alfred (Bubba) of Wheelock and Russell Mullins (Deborah); her siblings, May Mullins (James) and Joe Johnson (Joyce) of Kosse; her grandchildren, Tabitha Nickelson, Stephen Alfred, Christy Cisneros, Stephanie Ortner, Jacob Mullins, Eric Mullins, Amber Pennington, Caleb Mullins, Adam Mullins and Aaron Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Colton Ortner, Colby Mullins, Kaylin Ortner, Halle Alfred, Bryce Nickelson, Lennon Alfred, Cheyenne Mullins, Cayson Cisneros, Noah Mullins, Macy Pennington, Rylan Cisneros, Stella Alfred, Brantley Mullins, Baylor Pennington and Kendall Jo Mullins.
