He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gene Carlyle, Gary Carlyle and Clarence Carlyle. He is survived by: his wife Kim Parker of Wheeler; his daughter Angie Butler (Wade) of Wheeler; his sister Barbara Roeder of Cleveland; and his grandsons, Payne Butler and Rhett Butler.
