It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ellen Caldwell of Wharton, Texas, born in Angleton, Texas, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Kennedy and Gerald Kennedy; her husband Robert; and her sisters, Wilma O, Wise and Martha J. Frankim.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Ruth Caldwell of Wharton, Deborah Sue O'Quinn of Bay City, Rodney Norris Matthews, Ava Hensley of Wharton and Robert L. Caldwell, Jr. of Wharton; and her siblings, Geraldine Waller of Egypt, TX, Valrie Gann (Larry) of El Campo, Gerald W. Kennedy of Wharton and Wayne Frankim of Wharton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
