She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Luchak and Viola Kopecky Luchak; and her sister Marilyn Pavlu. She is survived by: her husband Paul Hoffmann of Wharton; her children, Dawn Bartosh (Shawn) of El Campo, Erica Cooper of El Campo and Drew Hoffmann of Wharton; her grandchildren, Ryan, Reed, Skylar Bartosh, Bailey Cooper and Karson Rucka; and her siblings, Joann Watson, Donna Luchak, Larry, Joe "Mike", David and Gary Luchak.
Memorial donations in memory of Sherry may be made to St. Philip Catholic Church or American Cancer Society.
