He was predeceased by: his wife Guadalupe Munoz Gutierrez; and his sons, John Gutierrez and Ruben Gutierrez. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Gutierrez of Lane City; and his brother Andres Gutierrez (Mary) of Houston. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
