He is survived by: his wife Nellie K Clements of Wharton; his children, Tammy Lynn Clements of Asheboro, Paul Thomas Clements, Jr. (Rick Mason) of Ashville, NC and Richard Mark Clements (Arturo Montero) of Wharton; his grandchildren, Kelly Lynn Probert, Amanda Sue McCain (Aaron) and Russell Maness; and his great grandchildren, Adeline and Anabelle.
