He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Tolar and Julia Sledd Tolar; and his sister Linda Tolar. He is survived by: his children, Garrett Tolar (Gwen) of Arkansas and Grace Tolar of Burleson; and his siblings, Nancy Maples (Stephen) of Glen Flora, David Cook (Cindy) of Atlanta, GA, Tom Cook (Judi) and Steven Cook of Fort Worth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of Michael may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or First Christian Church.
