She is survived by: her children, Lynn Horelica of Houston, Russell Horelica of East Bernard and John David Horelica of Houston; her grandchildren, Ian Horelica of California and Courtney Smith of Houston; her great grandchild Jayden; her brother-in-law Bob Blazek; her niece Jan Kutach (Daryl); and her nephew Bo Blazek (Michelle). She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
