It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Davila of Wharton, Texas, born in Rosenberg, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Davila, and Micaela Arizmendez Davila, Sr.; his son Ricki Rincon; and his brothers, Manuel Davila, Jr., Raul Davila and David Davila.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Davila; his children, Luis Davila, Jr. (Isabel), Michael Davila (Dolores), Thomas Bailey, Aaron Davila, Jordan Davila, Diane Pudlewski (Carl), Sonya Leech (Scott), Sharon Schlauch (David), Brenda Rincon, Melissa Hinds (Alvin), Amanda Gonzales (Louis) and Ashley DeLeon; and his siblings, Micaela Cruz, Alicia Garcia and Samuel Davila, Jr. (Tina). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great- grandchildren.
