It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Hulda Mazel of Wharton, Texas, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bennetsen and Hulda Schunka Bennetsen; her husband Milton Henry Mazel; her son James Mazel; and her siblings, Mary West, Pete Bennetsen and Andrew Bennetsen.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Mazel (Libby) of El Campo and Dennis Mazel (Anne) of Lane City; her brother Bill Bennetsen (Clara); her grandchildren, Jennifer Socha (Randy), Shannon Barnes (George), Mindy Kutach (Ross), Katie Wessels, Leonard Clements and Dee Clements; her great grandchildren, Ryan Barnes, Zane Barnes, Ben Socha, Kendall Kutach, Grant Socha, Dylan Socha, Sophie Kutach and Ross Kutach; and also, Randy Socha and George Barnes. She is also survived by many friends and relatives.
