He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Koehne, Sr. and Margaret Foeh Koehne; his wife Mozelle Koehne; his daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Kubala and Donna Vasek; and his sister Gladys Morse.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Palinek of Wharton and Tommy Mathews (Kathryn) of Blessing; his son-in-law Pat Kubala of El Campo; and his grandchildren, Scott Cunningham (Donna), Christy Pratka (Brent), Jimmy Vasek (Rebecca), Jennifer Pope (K. C.), Joe Palinek (Jocelyn), Haley Kubala, Shelly Delgado (Thomas), Wendy Mathews, Beau Mathews (Heather), Clint Mathews (Ashley) and Thomas Mathews (Lina).
