She was predeceased by: her father Albert Sternadel; her sisters, Mildred Vesely and LaNelle Blinka (Johnny); her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Sternadel, Sybil Shanks, Melvin Janecka and Edgar Barker (Joyce Barker); and her grandchildren, Brandi Barker and Terry Talafuse.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Barker of Wharton; her children, Connie Miculka (Red) of Hungerford, Brenda Muzyka (Tim) of Fulshear, Bobbi Jo Talafuse of Wharton and Trent Barker (Sherrie) of Fulshear; her siblings, Lucille Janecka of Victoria, Franklin Sternadel of Victoria, Kenneth Sternadel (Ann) of Ganado and Leonard Sternadel (Dana) of La Grange; her siblings-in-law, Paul Vesely and Cathy Sikes (Gary); her grandchildren, Rusty Miculka (Amanda), Ashley Farrar (Tyler) and Tonda Talafuse (Adam Rachunek); and her great grandchildren, Harper, Quinn, Jack, Remi and Baby Farrar. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Holy Family Catholic Church Fellowship Committee, 2011 Briar Lane, Wharton, Texas 77488.
