He is survived by: his wife Paula Eldridge of Wharton; his children, Jennifer Sue Eldridge (Alberto Hidalgo), Piper Presley Eldridge and Joseph Hamilton Eldridge (Kim Wingo) of Boling; his sister Rebecca Faye Conerley (Ted) of Kerrville; his grandchildren, Summer Wright, Tristan Wright, Savannah Wright, Madison Wright, Morgan and Anna Eldridge; and his great grandchildren, Rider Eldridge, Andrew Luera, Marih Luera and Kenny Luera.
