He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Dornak; his grandparents, Julius, Rose Barchack, John and Rosie Dornak; and his brother Curtis Dornak.
He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Frankovich (Hunter); his grandson Harrison; his stepparents, David Petrusek and Margie Dornak; his siblings, Kevin Dornak (Sandy), Amy Saxton (Ben), Mary Laughlin and Elizabeth Bray (Thomas); his stepsiblings, Cheryl Urbanovsky (Tommy) and Kriss Parker; and his nieces and nephews, Kori, Kirk, Kendall, Dillon, Tristan, Brodie and Tate.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Texas Cowboy Church.
