He was predeceased by: his wife Joane Chavero. He is survived by: his parents, John Castillo, Sr. and Sylvia Gaona Castillo; his children, Anzley Tay Castillo, Reyli Addison Castillo of Christian John, Jace William Castillo, Madison Bentancur, Araceli Gallegos, Emily Bentancur and Anthony Rey Chavero; and his siblings, Gloria Torres (Steve), Beth Marie Paniagua (Ramon), Crystal Gale Rodriguez (Patrick), Brandi Renee Castillo (Jason James), Philip Mendez (Ruth) and Paul Castillo (Debbie).
