He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Frank Masek (Lynette) of Wharton and Matthew Alan Masek of Hershey, PA; his sisters, Hattie Hlavinka and Mary Macha; his granddaughters, Elizabeth White (David) and Sara Masek; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
