She was predeceased by: her parents, Pansy Courtney Gard and Daniel Ross Gard; her brother Danny Gard; and her son Mark Fleming (L. M. Smith). She is survived by: her former husband Jack Fleming; her stepsons, Alan Gene and Mark Edward; her spouse L. M. Smith; her son Alan Fleming (Melanie); her siblings, Garry Gard (Ruth) and Leila Gard (Judith Allen); her nieces, Lou Ellen Bean and Gina Crozier (Doug); her great-nieces, Sydney and Katelyn Crozier; her grandchildren, Lance Fleming and Lauren Kalama (Josh); her great grandchildren, Alyson Fleming and Kynoah Kalama; and her stepchildren, Linda Smith Carlton and David Smith.
