He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Garza; his grandson Brian; his children, Candace Cardoza (Juan Cardoza) and Brian Vega (Sandra Vega); his grandchildren, Elena, Sebastian, Evelyn and Elyse; and his sisters, Anna Garcia (Jesse), Hopie Cisneros (Fidencio), Catherine Hernandez and Alice Stanford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
