He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ferguson of Wharton; his children, Elaine Walters (Quent) of West Columbia, Janet Puffer (Marty) of Clear Lake, James M Ferguson, Jr. (Terri) of Wharton and Russell Ferguson of Sugar Land; his sister Dana Musgrove of Baytown; his grandchildren, Katelin Dudley, Macey Walters, Claire Ferguson, Mason Ferguson, James M. Ferguson, III, Tyler Puffer and Sean Puffer; and his great grandchildren, Graham, Ainsley Dudley and Ella Puffer. He is also survived by nieces' nephews and close friends.
