He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Goins; his children, Ron Hunter and Cherice Surrett; his grandchildren, Kristen Surrett, Rebecca Brandsma and Caleb Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Surrett and Amelia Dozier. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
