She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Charlie and Felester Karasek Koehler; her husband Donald Blakely Barbee; her son Donald Banks Barbee; and her sisters, Ruby Nuspliger, Charline "Mickie" Ivy, Willie Mae Wood, Fannie Mae Krueger and Dorothy Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Lynette Listak (Vladimir) of Brazoria, Max C Barbee (Letha) of Wharton and Milton B Barbee (Gloria) of Wharton; and her daughter-in-law Shirley Barbee. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church or charity of your choice.
