She is survived by: her children, Edwin Prazak (Cathy), Doris Manley (Mike), Patricia Chmelik (Charlie), Joyce Kubena (Jerry) and Barbara Thomas (Dwaine); her siblings-in-law, Mary Anderson and Mathew Prazak; and her grandsons, Anthony Baca, Chris Chmelik, Chuck Chmelik, Paul Dirba, Stephen Dirba and Will Pitts. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
