He is survived by: his wife Anita Ramirez (Gutierrez); his children, Timothy (Brittany) of Bay City, Philip (Jessica) of Wharton, Charles Wayne (Leonor) of East Bernard, Monica Salcido (Anthony) of Boling and Donna Estrada (David) of Wharton; his grandchildren, Timothy Jr., Ceasar, Pracilla, DaMarco, Alazae, Alexia, Charles Jr. Christian, Larissa, Jaedan, Arik, Brea'Ann, Ciara, Deserae, Anthony Jr., Anna Lea, Maddison, Baylee, Kynlee, Nevaeh, Serenity, Jr., Daniel, Isabel and Sabrina; his great grandchildren, Milani, Addison and Haiden; and his siblings, Julius, David, Jesse (Merlinda), Joe, Jimmy (Debra), Louis (Bertha) and Mary. He is also survived by his 19 grandkids and great grandchildren.
