He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Rosales Ramirez Bernal; his stepfather Juan Bernal, Sr.; his siblings, Dora Castro and Juan Bernal; his son Michael Olmeda; and his friend Hermelinda Alameda Ramirez.
He is survived by: his father Mateo Ramirez (Pat); his children, Martha Ramirez of Wharton, Matthew Lee Ramirez (Yvette) and Eliezer Olmeda; his siblings, Abel Garcia, Manuel Bernal, Robert Medrano, Esther Estrada, Mateo Ramirez, Jr., David Ramirez, Linda Diehl and Lisa Ramirez; and his grandchildren, Bradyn, Isaiah, Faith, Judah Ramirez, Alexandra, Melissa, Anthony, Logan, Hannah, Landon, Jada and Rhianna Olmeda. He is also survived by many Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
