He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Perez and Paula Gonzales Perez. He is survived by: his sons, Lito (Bridget) of Missouri City and Eli (Casey) of Lake Jackson, Texas.; his wife Annie C. Perez; his son Joey Perez of Dallas; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Miquelle, Abigail, Trey, Ethan, Aiden, Payton and Dylan Perez; and his siblings, Baldemar (Irma), Pedro (Elodia), Ramiro (Cynthia), Paula Alvarez, Carmen Morin, Irma Alvarez and Hilda Ben. He is also survived by his family, his dear friends.
