With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Garza of Wharton, Texas, born in El Campo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Garza and Lucy Charles. He is survived by: his daughter Tara J. Garza Horta (David) of Sealy; his grandsons, Lincoln Horta, Brayden Nelsen and Caleb Horta; and his nieces and nephews, Neal Garza, Stephanie Battles, Savannah Lowery, Adrian Mendez, Elana Luna, Caelia Luna and Ava Luna.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Edward's name to a charitable organization supporting veterans.
