He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Blakely Barbee and Isabel Barbee (Shirley Barbee); his son Covey Barbee; his daughter-in-law Brittany Barbee of Wharton; his daughter Candice Robertson; his son-in-law Jared Robertson of Beeville; his granddaughters, Bonnimarie, Amelia Robertson and Charlotte Barbee; and his siblings, Max Barbee, Milton Barbee and Lynette Listak. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Victory in Jesus Recovery Center in Wharton.
