He is survived by: his wife Doris Helen; his son Larry (Lisa) of New Gulf; his grandchildren, Andy Welch (Amy) of Rosenberg and Leslie Chaka (Travis) of Boling; his great grandchildren, Luke, Colt, Jax, Maddy and Tyler; and his friend Jimmy Folmar.
