He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Campbell Lewis; and his sisters, Charlene Byars, Doris Ann Gobble and Ruby Roark. He is survived by: his wife Carol Campbell of Wharton, Texas.; and his siblings, Nancy Haworth, Marvin Campbell, David Lewis Jr. and Edward Lewis.
