He is survived by: his wife Tina Rivera; his children, Kimberly Hernandez (Hector) of Wharton, Jason Rivera (Karissa) of Wharton and John-David Rivera (Jennifer) of Harker Heights; his grandchildren, Alexia Munoz, Priscilla Munoz, Andre Rivera, Devin Rivera, Hector Hernandez III, Kelsey Hernandez and Kaia Hernandez; and his great grandchild Luna Suarez-Munoz.
