He is survived by: his children, Grisel Contreras, Crystal Gutierrez (Gabriel), Diana Callis (DeKesson), Flor Guerra, Leslie Sedillo and David Guerra, Jr. (Elizabeth Rodriguez); his siblings, Estella Gomez, Nancy Enedina Salazar, Guadalupe, Johnnie, Louis, Ruben and Jesse; and his grandchildren, Nerissa, Mark, Jr., Gabriel, Jr., Maddie, Isiah, Emily, Giselle of Robbie, K. J., Taviana, D. J., DeKaelyn, DeKamryn, DeKaisse, Jayland, Jeremiah, Jasmine, Elisa, Richard, Romeo and Khloe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Wharton Funeral Home (515 E Boling Hwy, Wharton, TX 77488). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (3511 E Alabama Rd, Wharton, TX 77488).
