He is survived by: his wife Morrow Lou Ansley Sims; his brother Pat Sims; his children, Craig Sims (Stacie) of La Grange and Jessica Firkus (Dan) of Sealy; his grandchildren, Adam Cody Firkus (Ashley), Ansley Lorene Firkus, Andrew Frank Firkus, Alex Gilmore Sims, Austin Corder Sims and Grace Stacie Sims; and his great grandchildren, Jackson James Firkus and Everly Jo Firkus.
