He was predeceased by: his brothers, David Roque and Joaquin Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Diana Hernandez of Bay City, Anna Belasquez of Katy and Eddie Belasquez; his wife Ashley of Wharton; his siblings, Helen Armendariz, Maria Roque, Cindy Trullinger, Suzy Roque Odem, Marla Martinez, Johnny Belasquez, Charles Roque, Richard Roque and Ben Roque; and his grandchildren, Richard Palacios, Jr, Alexis Saldua, Taylor Renee Belasquez, Ryan Edward Belasquez, Xavier Carmen Belasquez and Jaslynn Leann.
