She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Reeves and Thelma Rogers Reeves; her husband William Barker; and her sister Betty C Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Teena Caldwell (Larry Caldwell) of Sugar Land and Tim Barker (Pam) of Wharton; her grandchildren, Lauren Worsham (Matt), Jason Barker (Sarah), Jill Medve (Joseph) and Jarett Barker; and her great grandchildren, Saylor, Sloane Worsham, Tyson, Presley Barker, Blake Boenisch, Harper Medve, Paige Davis, Bailey Davis and Brinley Konvicka.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for any donations honoring Billye to the First United Methodist Church, Wharton Texas and Hospice support of El Campo TX.
