It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Hammock (Wharton, Texas), born in Matagorda, Texas, who passed away on May 2, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Claudie Rea Hammock; her daughters, Karen Kay Curtiss (David) of Corpus Christi and Kathy Sue Lee (Bobby) of Houston; her grandchildren, Amy Cantu, Clayton Lee, Matthew Curtiss, Meagan McClenden and Kelly Curtiss; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Grant, Decker and Amelia.
