He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Srubar and Jenofe Cernoch Srubar; his wife Agnes Ledwik; and his siblings, Mary Zetka of John Srubar, C. G and Lad Srubar.
He is survived by: his children, Ramona Sample (Layton), Christi Kalinowski (Mark), Monica Sauer (John), James Srubar (Julie) and Dennis Srubar; his grandchildren, Erin McCray (James), Cole Sample (Gina), Maegan Pakebusch, Justin Kalinowski, Lindsay, Audrey Sauer, Luke and Caroline Srubar; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Dayton McCray, Emersyn, Levi, Stetson Sample and Olivia Larimore; and his sisters, Bernice Kurtz (Thomas) and Edna Kacal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
